We've all seen them, photos of massive lift lines, which then go viral. And then comes the backlash, “so busy”, “hate that place” “mis-management” etc etc. Goodness, we might even be a little guilty of that ourselves …
But as we know, there’s often a reason … the lift is just opening, there’s been a metre of snow, it’s the first fine day for a week, and it’s a Saturday. But then, 30 minutes, or maybe an hour, after the photo was taken, the lift queue is gone.
