The last 24hours has brought a mixture of rain and snow. Thankfully the last whip of the storm delivered a dusting of snow.

  • Tyndall Tramway
    Closed

    Ride New Zealand's steepest and most serene railway. Funicular your way up through a native Beech forest. Marvel at the majesty of the mountains as you tram through a tunnel of trees. A great way to start the day and the glide back down makes grateful knees!

  • Rugby Tow
    Closed

    The gateway to the main basin and lower Allan's Basin.

  • Access Tow
    Closed

    Novice rope tow users might need to give those legs a workout up to the field - consider wearing tramping boots and carrying up your ski boots.

  • Main Tow
    Closed

    Gives access to the lookers left side of the Main basin as well as Ridge Tow and provides stunning views of the possibly haunted Grey range.

  • Ridge Tow
    Closed

    Ridge tow has undergone summer maintainence and needs a bit more work before fully operational. Gives you access to all the gnarly lines on Nervous Knob, plus all the awesome terrain of Allan's Basin.

  • Learners Tow

    Great for beginners and kids. Handy to the day lodge.

  • Traverse Tow

    The next step after Learners tow, plus gets you from Palmer Lodge over to Main tow.
