A real mountain experience! Great for couples. 4 cabins with wood fired hot tubs and luxury queen size beds a couch and fire overlooking the Waiau basin on Lake Stella. Self catering and right at the heart of the Mt Lyford Adventure Park and Closest accommodation to the Ski Area.

Good snowfall came in with an even spread on Monday night with more forecast at the start of next week should be enough to get us going.
This week we remember our fallen leader & Ski Area Manager Hamish Simpson who has passed after a huge battle and will be dearly missed on the mountain and by his family.
Lets hope he sends us some snow next week......
Lake Stella Mountain Retreat is OPEN and a great adventure for those who want to stay the night up in the snow with there own hot tub.
