Snow comment:
Ka hari te Rāhina katoa (Happy Monday everyone) from a beautiful, clear Whakapapa. It's a cold and breezy start to the week, but the views are worth the chill. The rain eased by early evening yesterday, giving the mountain a chance to dry out. Trails are holding up well, with only a light touch-up needed from the team overnight. We've got a crisp, blustery Monday ahead. The team is aiming to have the Sky Waka gondola, Valley T-bar, Delta chair, and Cindertrack carpet spinning from 10am. Winds are still pushing through this morning, so the Knoll T-bar and Far West T-bar remain on hold for now. We're keeping a close eye on conditions and will update if things ease.Bundle up, layer up, and we'll see you out there.
