Mt Hutt Ski Bus (operated by Methven Travel) provides seamless transport services to Mt Hutt Ski Area for skiers and snowboarders from both Christchurch and Methven.
You choose - how long you wish to ski, bring your own gear or hire some, get a lesson or ride like a pro... we look after all the rest! Just fly in, check in, and enjoy Methven and Mt Hutt Ski area.
Your perfect hassle-free transport and accommodation package
During the 2019 season we will be offering three services to Mt Hutt Ski Area; departing from Methven and Christchurch.
Methven - Mt Hutt Ski Area
Departs Methven daily at 7.45am and 9.45am - Daily
Returning/departing from Mt Hutt 3.00pm and 4.15pm each afternoon.
Christchurch - Mt Hutt Ski Area
Departing at 7:00am on Mt Hutt Ski Area open days.
Departs at 7.00am from the Christchurch Museum (Rolleston Ave), with subsequent pick up points from Church Corner (outside Countdown on Riccarton Road 7.10am) Hornby McDonalds ( 7.20am) Hornby Bus stop - Main South Road, near Chalmers Street Bus Station), Rolly Inn Rolleston. We depart Mt Hutt Ski Area again at approx 4:00pm for Christchurch.
All pick-up point times are estimated, as traffic dependent on the day.
